Role: Senior Full Stack Developer.
Duration: 12 Month FTC
Location: Primarily remote, with occasional trips to Aberdeen (typically 1-2 times per quarter).

The Product Developer plays a pivotal role in the build and delivery of remarkable products, they will champion software quality and technical vision for AND and our clients, work on large-scale projects and help the team grow in their roles.
Key responsibilities include
- Complete development and support handover of the overtime application, including user demos.
- Support release and user engagement for recently completed applications.
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
- Develop, enhance, and support internal applications.
- Provide run-mode support, including bug fixes and security patches.
- Mentor and support junior engineers, particularly those new to Agile and React.
- Plan, scope, estimate, and schedule application development work.
- Coordinate releases with Dev Ops teams.
- Deliver stakeholder and user demos with technical input.
- Provide bi-weekly reporting and work closely with the team lead.
What you’ll bring to the table
- Senior-level software engineering experience with strong hands-on capability
- Experience mentoring and supporting junior developers
- Strong knowledge of modern Java Script/Type Script development
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Cloud development experience, particularly with Azure
- Frontend experience with React and Type Script
- Backend experience with Node. js and Azure Functions
- Experience with Graph QL and/or REST APIs
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions)
- Working knowledge of SQL databases (Azure SQL, Postgre SQL)
- Experience with authentication via Microsoft Entra
- Comfort with Dev Ops tooling and scripting (Bash, ZSH, Power Shell)
- AI tooling familiarity is beneficial (e. g. Git Hub Copilot)
