We are recruiting for an Affiliate Salesforce Programme Manager for a 6 month contract to start in Feb. On‑site presence required in Oxford 2 days per week.

What you’ll bring to the table:
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage programme & project budgets, risks and operating programme governance & reporting.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organisation as well as close engagement with the Salesforce 3rd Party integrator to communicate progress and collect key inputs.
- Develop, Validate and continually refine the project and programme plans, and ensure teams are clear on their contributions and are keeping them on track.
- Delivery leadership, working both in the detail and at the programme level. Managing delivery processes, harmonising between teams, and collecting input from multiple teams to develop plans which you then clearly communicate across the programme and stakeholder teams.
- Take ownership to unblock obstacles, drive the teams to keep momentum, and surface decisions and conflicts in a timely and proactive way.
- Facilitate key cadences and conversations across cross functional teams and 3rd parties to ensure dependencies are well met.
- Key Skills & Experience
- A Senior Programme Manager, who is also comfortable in the detail and able to flex into project management tasks when needed.
- Strong experience in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and familiarity with the Salesforce suite.
- Proven track record in delivering multi-year Salesforce implementations, and working with 3rd party SIs.
- Strong communicator - who is able to drive key decisions to keep the programme on track.
