What you’ll bring to the table:
- Act as the subject matter expert on all UK payroll legislation, ensuring strict compliance with HMRC, RTI (Real Time Information) submissions, and Auto‑Enrolment pension regulations.
- Manage and deliver the end‑to‑end processing of our monthly payroll for approximately 600 employees via ADP (processing client).
- Processing benefits via monthly payroll.
- Good understanding of the payroll and benefits systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- End of Year reporting and key contact for payroll related audit queries.
- Naturally curious about data structures, automation, and root‑cause analysis.
