Who We Are
We’re on a mission to close the world’s tech skills gap. We help organisations navigate the future of technology, combining human expertise, emerging tech and AI to deliver better outcomes, faster. Since 2014, we’ve worked side‑by‑side with clients to solve complex challenges, build high‑performing teams, and create lasting capability. As technology continues to evolve, we believe the most successful organisations will be those that combine the best of both: human ingenuity AND intelligent technology. That belief is embedded in everything we do. We call it the genius of the AND: deep expertise AND practical delivery, innovation AND responsibility, ambitious work AND sustainable careers. Through our Guide, Build and Equip approach, we help organisations embrace change, deliver meaningful impact, and develop the skills they need to thrive in an increasingly agentic world.
About you
You are action‑orientated, energised by driving change and innovating with modern learning solutions. You care deeply about producing high‑quality work that delivers real value and staying outcome‑focused. You are adaptable, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and enjoy solving complex problems collaboratively. You bring strong expertise in your craft, with an inquisitive drive to keep learning, evolving, and helping others grow, so we can stay at the forefront of best practice collectively. You are a strong facilitator, with the confidence and skill to deliver high‑impact sessions seamlessly across remote, hybrid, and face‑to‑face environments. You communicate clearly and build trust quickly across all levels and backgrounds. You value low‑ego collaboration and enjoy working as part of multidisciplinary teams.
What you’ll bring to the table
As a Talent Growth Partner within our Academy team, you will contribute to the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of progressive learning and enablement solutions built for the agentic era. Splitting your focus roughly 80% on internal capability and 20% on client initiatives, you will coordinate core enablement experiences and work directly with our technical Practice Areas, Strategic Alliances, Business Units and external clients to foster a modern, high‑performing learning culture.
- Stakeholder partnership: Cultivating strong rapport with internal stakeholders and clients, positioning yourself as a proactive enablement partner for learning inquiries while clearly communicating the value of our programmes.
- Programme coordination & delivery: Coordinating and executing the end‑to‑end lifecycle of core learning programmes, onboarding journeys, blended tracks and live workshops, collaborating closely with cross‑functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Digital infrastructure & insights: Driving learner engagement across our LXP (Learning Experience Platform, HowNow) and external tools while managing day‑to‑day platform functionality. You will maintain trainer pools, track engagement, pull analytical reports to uncover capability trends, and actively explore AI‑powered tools to optimise processes and content curation.
- Social learning integration: Fostering modern, peer‑to‑peer social learning spaces within our technical practice areas, supporting team members with strategies to build self‑sustaining, collaborative learning habits.
- Delivery excellence & logistics: Managing project timelines, training logistics, and course schedules to ensure learning experiences are executed efficiently and up to established quality standards.
- Continuous improvement: Systematically embedding feedback mechanisms and leveraging data‑driven insights to iterate, refine, and continuously elevate the real performance impact of learning solutions.
- Business alignment: Gathering context on the technical business environment and shifting market trends to ensure design solutions directly address current priorities and organisational challenges.
- Enablement leadership & mentoring: Coaching and mentoring L&D team members and internal SMEs, systematically evaluating training effectiveness to champion innovation and scale best practices across the organisation.
- Brand & strategy advocacy: Working closely with the Academy leadership to shape a forward‑thinking enablement brand, proactively communicating the value of learning to key stakeholders.
- Industry profile: Tracking shifts in the wider technology and business landscape to ensure learning solutions remain future‑proof, while representing the organisation’s vision at industry forums and external events.
