As a Director of AI Strategy and Innovation you will work with clients to design and deliver the meaningful changes needed to successfully assess, consult, recommend and accelerate their AI transformationYou will also be closely aligned to AND Digital’s AI, automation and intelligent systems practice, contributing and enhancing our AI transformation offer and taking those to marketYou will be comfortable speaking publicly about AND’s AI-based ambitions, attending events and representing the business at networking opportunitiesManage a client engagement to deliver all aspects required through discussions with clients (not just following a specified statement of work)Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and Director-level stakeholders, influencing their AI strategy, organisational design, change or transformation plans to improve delivery and strategic executionAssess a client’s current state and work with them to envision their future in order to deliver on their AI ambitions and plot a path towards an AI-enabled futureDesign new ways of working, including how digital, data, AI operates alongside other business functions, and how those other functions can themselves become more technology-ledDevelop new and innovative thinking, creating programmes of work and consulting engagements that drive out business innovation and opportunitiesLead the compilation of compelling commercial / business cases to help our clients understand the value AND and the proposed changes can bring to the businessTransition organisations to new technology-led ways of working, through effective planning, communications and change managementWork with AND colleagues to engage senior executives, both inside and outside of IT / Technology / Digital, to help their understanding of AI and the need for changeGet ‘hands on’ with the work and produce the required outputs and outcomesHelp grow the regional ‘Club’ as part of the Leadership team via internal initiatives such as proposition development, thought leadership and team engagementApply a commercial mindset throughout engagements and support
