We are recruiting for an Affiliate Content Designer for a contract to start ASAP until the 31st March. Day Rate - 300-400 Per day depending on experience. Occasional trips to the Birmingham Office.

What you’ll bring to the table:
- Experience working on government, public sector or large-scale organisational change programmes
- Familiarity with service design, research and change management practices
- Experience creating content patterns, templates, playbooks or reusable content components
- Experience designing content across multiple formats (digital, visual, video, audio)
- Experience in delivering hands‑on coaching or mentoring sessions to build confidence in planning, writing, and delivering change‑related communications
- Experience creating a comms playbook that outlines best practices for communicating change, including examples.
- Experience supporting content governance, sign‑off processes or sensitive communications
- Proven experience working as a Content Designer or in a content‑focused role within digital or service transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of user‑centred design principles and designing content based on user needs and research insights
- Experience translating complex or technical information into clear, simple, and accessible content
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on plain English and accessibility standards
- Experience aligning content to service journeys and supporting users through change
- Confidence working with stakeholders to agree language, tone and messaging
- You have a background in Marketing/PR/Journalism.
