We have a temp to perm vacancy for a Transport Administrator/Planner for our Client in Central Bristol, BS2 postcode. This vacancy is for an established family business who provide skip hire and waste management services. The role is for the successful applicant to work in their transport office, taking bookings by telephone or email. Entering jobs onto their system and assisting the transport manager with route planning. This is a varied role that covers most elements of their daily operation that is essentially running a range of waste trucks including skips, tippers and grabs. The applicant would need to be able to work alongside their existing staff within the office, have good communication and keyboard skills. Accuracy is also very important when taking information and entering onto their system. Ideally any application would have experience of working in a waste transport office environment. This is a temporary to permanent vacancy. You will work via ANCORA (the agency) for 12 full weeks, then given a successful temp period, you will transfer over permanent thereafter. Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 0730am until 17:00pm daily, with a 1hr lunch.
