We are recruiting Class Two Tipper Drivers for a temporary to permanent vacancy in Bristol. We are recruiting on behalf of a large civil engineering, earthworks and waste management contractor who operate out of a depot in Hallen, BS10 postcode. Working as part of their transport team, driving a tipper truck, your main duties will be delivering bulk loads of bulk earthwork across the whole South West area. You will deliver to the construction industry including major infrastructure projects on the transport network and site enabling works for commercial, industrial and residential schemes. This is a temp to perm vacancy. You will work via the agency (ANCORA) for 12 weeks, Mon to Fri, then transfer over permanent subject to a successful trial period. Full induction and training is provided. Due to insurance restrictions; you must have held your Class 2 for at least 6 months, with experience too. Previous tipper work would be advantageous too. Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 06.30am starts daily (usually finished around 5pm daily) Hourly Pay Rates: £15 per hour (PAYE), then time and a half after 45hrs weekly. Once you transfer permanent, the starting salary is £37,500 per annum.
