Science London / Remote Full-time

About the role

Own the pricing models that decide the price of every ancillary, every shop.

You'll work alongside the people who built the system you'll be improving — and you'll have direct customer impact within your first quarter.

What you'll do

  • Own a meaningful slice of the product or platform from day one.
  • Ship to production weekly — and watch real customer metrics move.
  • Partner with customers' technical and commercial teams on real deployments.
  • Mentor others in your craft and lift the team's bar over time.

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrable depth in your craft — work you can talk about specifically and proudly.
  • A bias for shipping. We trust velocity more than polish.
  • Strong written communication. We default to writing.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a desire for ownership.

Compensation

Top-of-market cash, generous equity, real PTO, $3,000/year learning budget, and 16+ weeks parental leave globally. Specifics shared in the first conversation — no games.

How we hire

Three conversations: a 30-minute intro, a 90-minute deep-dive on your craft, and a half-day on-site or virtual with the team you'd join.

We give detailed feedback whether or not we extend an offer.
