THE ROLE

This role supports the Creative Ops and Production Manager and creative department in keeping shoots, projects, and the day‑to‑day workflow of the creative team running smoothly.

You keep projects moving by updating trackers, chasing outstanding actions, and making sure everyone knows where things stand.

You are the person on the ground for shoots: running, styling, sourcing, and solving problems in the moment.

You’ll also lend a hand to the social team, creating and editing content when extra capacity is needed.

This is a junior role with an opportunity to learn production, project management, and content creation inside a fast‑moving, in‑house creative team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Project and Process Support
  • Manage the workflow for the studio and design teams, understanding incoming work, assigning to the correct team members and ensuring that the studio runs smoothly.
  • Keep production schedules, briefing trackers and asset trackers updated and accurate day to day.
  • Track and report on the status of live projects across the creative team, following up outstanding actions, flagging delays and finding smart solutions to keep things moving.
  • Support the Creative Ops and Production Manager with administrative production tasks: call sheets, booking confirmations, shoot budgets and expense tracking.
  • Help develop and maintain the Digital Asset Management system, making sure assets are filed correctly and easy for the team to find.
  • Be on hand for ad‑hoc support for the team as needed, keeping the studio and creative department running day to day.
  • Production Support
  • Act as on‑set runner across shoots: prepping kit, managing call sheets, coordinating talent and crew on the day, and handling shoot logistics alongside our Creative Ops and Production Manager.
  • Source and manage props, product, wardrobe and styling requirements for shoots, making sure everything is on‑brand and ready ahead of time.
  • Support vendor and supplier management: sourcing quotes, booking freelancers and locations, and maintaining relationships with regular production partners.
  • Help solve problems on set and flagging issues to the Creative Ops and Production Manager early to ensure the smooth running of play.

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Some experience in production, creative project management gained in a brand, content, agency or creative environment is preferred but you can be at the start of your career.
  • Comfortable on set: happy being hands‑on, solving problems in the moment, and keeping things moving.
  • Highly organised and proactive, with an eye for detail across trackers, schedules and status updates.
  • Some familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Asana or similar) is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic about wellness, beauty or consumer brands and a desire to work with brands that exist to make a positive difference in the world.
  • You’re proactive and dependable, happy to get stuck in wherever the team needs support.
  • You take pride in the details other people miss and keep things organised without being asked.
  • You communicate clearly and chase things up without needing to be chased yourself.
  • You’re keen to learn: about production, about brand and about how a small in‑house creative team runs at pace.
  • You stay calm under pressure and enjoy a fast‑moving, varied day.

Further, to truly thrive at Ancient + Brave you will need to embody the spirit of our brand and align with our company culture. For us that is a series of shared beliefs:
