- Grow affiliate contribution from under 5% of sales to over 10% by the end of the year through steady, sustainable development.
- Expand our reach and welcome new customers across all markets through strong, values‑aligned partnerships.
- Build something meaningful—balancing strategic vision with practical delivery—and create a programme that supports both the brand and the partners we work with.
Strategic guidance and programme direction
- Shape and steward the global affiliate strategy across the UK, US, Germany and Spain.
- Recommend a supportive structure for publisher‑affiliate programmes, ensuring clarity and cohesion across teams.
- Identify and prioritise partners and platforms that align with our brand values and have strong potential for shared growth.
- Work closely with country marketing teams to guide budgets, forecasting, commercial modelling and CPA/commission frameworks.
Programme development and partner growth
- Expand our network of high‑value affiliates, with a focus on:
- Editorial publishers
- Wellness, longevity and lifestyle communities
- Build warm, trusting relationships with partners, creating mutually beneficial agreements that support long‑term growth.
- Select and collaborate with affiliate platforms and agencies where helpful.
Programme delivery and cross‑team collaboration
- Bring together a fragmented approach into a clear, supportive and well‑structured programme.
- Partner with our agency to develop thoughtful processes for onboarding, briefing, optimisation, payments and compliance.
- Work closely with e‑commerce, creative, brand, paid media and local marketing teams within a collaborative matrix structure.
- Introduce affiliate‑specific guidelines and performance playbooks that help partners thrive.
Insight, learning and reporting
- Collaborate with analytics and e‑commerce teams to build a transparent reporting framework that highlights:
- New customers
- Incremental revenue
- Partner quality and contribution
- Support improvements to attribution models to better understand incrementality and guide programme optimisation.
- Share weekly, monthly and quarterly insights that help teams learn, adapt and grow together.
