About the role
As a Multi‑Skilled Technician, you’ll play a vital role delivering high‑quality reactive maintenance and planned works to a diverse range of clients across local authority, education, retail, and private sectors. From fixing essential building issues to completing refurbishments, you’ll be the face of our business—ensuring every customer is satisfied with both the work and the service.
What we’re looking for
- Experience in FM, retail, or public sector buildings (highly desirable)
- NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in a construction‑related trade
- Strong commitment to Health & Safety
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Flexible, proactive, and reliable approach
- Full UK driving licence (essential for the reactive nature of the work)
