Sitting within the Creative team and working closely with our Performance Marketing and Brand leads, you will play a central role in bringing our performance creative strategy to life across static, motion and short-form video formats.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

    • Iterate efficiently on existing assets based on performance data and creative testing learnings
    • Maintain brand consistency across all output while adapting creative for platform and audience
  • Short-Form Video Editing
    • Edit short-form video content for paid social, including UGC, product-focused and brand-led formats
    • Cut, subtitle and adapt raw footage into performance-ready ads optimised for vertical and square formats
    • Work quickly and iteratively, producing multiple variations from a single piece of content
  • Performance Creative
    • Understand and apply platform-specific best practices for Meta and TikTok
    • Bring a performance mindset to every brief - designing and editing to drive outcomes, not just aesthetics
    • Collaborate with the Creative Strategist to bring briefs and concepts to life effectively
    • Comfortable using AI tools to support creative production and efficiency at scale

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:

  • Deep understanding of what drives performance on Meta and TikTok
  • Comfortable working at pace and producing high volumes of creative without compromising quality
  • Experience working from creative briefs and collaborating with strategists and brand teams
