Ancient + Brave is building a performance creative function in-house. This role owns the creative strategy behind paid social, primarily Meta and TikTok, and works with a tight loop with the design and video team, as well as performance and market teams.
You will write briefs, shape audience personas, test frameworks, and ensure briefs translate into high-volume output that supports brand and wellness-focused direct response objectives.
