THE ROLE

We are looking for a commercially driven International eCommerce Manager to lead the growth and optimisation of our international eCommerce websites across key markets including the US, Germany and Spain. This role requires fluency in Spanish, reflecting the strategic importance of our Spanish‑speaking markets. You’ll take ownership of international revenue growth, customer experience and the end‑to‑end execution of market‑specific trading and optimisation strategies across international storefronts and digital touchpoints. While this role does not initially involve direct line management, it is a clear stepping stone to leading a team as we scale. Working closely with marketing, creative, operations and retention teams, you’ll lead the delivery of best‑in‑class customer journeys that balance brand storytelling with commercial performance. This is an exciting opportunity to take on significant ownership and strategic responsibility within a fast‑paced, high‑growth brand, with clear progression towards building and leading your own international team.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Own the day‑to‑day management and optimisation of international eCommerce activity across US, DE and ES markets
  • Monitor website performance and key trading metrics including conversion rate, AOV, revenue growth, retention and market performance
  • Lead the planning and execution of international trading calendars, campaigns, and product launches
  • Work closely with performance marketing and CRM teams to ensure campaigns align with market priorities and customer behaviours
  • Coordinate localisation updates including language, merchandising, promotions and customer experience improvements across international storefronts
  • Drive product merchandising, site updates and collection optimisation to improve navigation and conversion
  • Build and maintain weekly/monthly reporting across international performance metrics and customer insights
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure market‑relevant messaging and assets are delivered effectively
  • Monitor competitor activity, international trends and emerging opportunities within key growth markets
  • Own and drive testing initiatives across onsite experience, merchandising and conversion optimisation

WHO YOU ARE

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills, knowledge and experience:

  • Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) – essential for this role given the significance of our Spanish‑speaking markets
  • Strong experience in eCommerce, digital trading or international online retail (in‑house or agency), with a track record of taking ownership of results
  • Experience working across international markets, ideally US and European territories
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, retention, LTV and revenue performance
  • Comfortable working with Shopify or equivalent eCommerce platforms
  • Strong analytical mindset with confidence using data to inform trading decisions
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple markets simultaneously
  • Commercially minded with a proactive and collaborative approach
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working cross‑functionally
  • Proven expertise in customer experience, digital merchandising and international growth strategy
