THE ROLE

We’re looking for a talented Assistant Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the early stages of their design career who is eager to grow, has a strong eye for detail, and a passion for wellness, sustainability, and purposeful design.

As part of our small but busy in-house design team, you’ll help bring the Ancient + Brave brand to life across digital and print touchpoints. From supporting major product launches and marketing campaigns to assisting with our packaging design and social presence, you’ll play a key role in delivering on-brand creative that resonates with our audience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to Head of Design you will be responsible for the following:

+ Support packaging design projects, ensuring consistency across product lines and international markets.
+Assist with the creation of digital assets for Amazon, including ‘Amazon A+’ content, storefront graphics, product imagery, and basic video assets.
+ Adapt and artwork existing creative for use across multiple platforms and formats.
+ Comfortable exploring and integrating AI tools into our creative process, always looking for new ways to use AI to improve our workflow and creative output.
+ Uphold brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with the Ancient + Brave brand guidelines.
+ Maintain and organise design files and asset libraries for easy access and collaboration.
+ Conduct visual research and competitor analysis to support trend forecasting and creative innovation across the brand.
WHO YOU ARE

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:

+ Degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

+ Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
+ Experience of utilising Design related AI tools.

+ A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across digital and/or print.
+ Excellent eye for typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchy.
+ Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

+ Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
+ Open to feedback, always seeking to improve with a collaborative mindset.
