THE ROLE
Working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor, this is an exciting new role for a Warehouse Assistant to support the general operations of the warehouse.
With keen attention to detail you will carry out the daily warehousing activities, organising and maintaining inventory and the storage area across our warehouse and overflow unit. You will assist with the movement of stock and ensuring accurate recording of goods in/out via an IMS (Inventory Management System).
This role will report to the Warehouse Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently organise and maintain inventory in the main warehouse
- Ensure shipment and inventory transaction accuracy
- Assist with movement of stock between Units
- Accurately record goods in and out of the main and over flow warehouse
- Process goods in and goods out – reporting and helping to resolve issues
- Support warehouse efficiencies
- Assist with maintaining regulatory compliance standards

Our Interview Process and What You Can Expect:
Application Review: We’ll start by reviewing your CV/application to ensure it’s a good fit for the role.
Initial Phone Call (circa 15-20 minutes): You’ll have a brief introductory chat with our People Team. We’ll discuss your experience, your career aspirations and explore how your values align with ours.
- In-Person Interview (30 minutes): The final stage is an in-person interview at our Unit in Barcombe. You’ll meet with the hiring manager and one other team member and answer competency questions.
