The Role
We are looking for a data driven, commercially minded Performance Media Executive to support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across digital channels. You'll play a key role in delivering performance marketing campaigns that scale customer acquisition while maintaining CAC goals.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the dayâtoâday management of paid media campaigns across channels (Meta, Google etc)
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on KPIs (CAC, CPA, ROAS, CTR)
- Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences and bidding strategies
- Assist in budget pacing and allocation to maximise performance
- Work closely with creative teams to brief and iterate on ad assets
- Build and maintain performance reports (weekly/monthly)
- Keep up to date with platform changes, trends, and new opportunities
- Assist with inâhouse content creation including planning, filming, coordination, and onâset support
Who You Are
- 1â3 years experience in performance marketing or paid media (agency or inâhouse)
- Handsâon experience with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Strong analytical mindset with confidence using data to inform decisions
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, basic formulas)
- Understanding of key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
- Keen interest in Ad creative concepts and strategy
- Experience with TikTok Ads or other emerging platforms (desirable)
- Familiarity with attribution tools
- Basic understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimisation)
- Experience working in eCommerce or on DTC wellness brands (desirable)
