THE ROLE
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for maintaining full visibility of UK/EU/US stock, merchandise, and components; coordinating assembly and replenishment; fulfilling sample requests for regional marketing teams; and managing supplier and packaging procurement. The role ensures product and merchandise availability across markets through proactive tracking stock, and cross-functional coordination between marketing, warehouse, and 3PL’s.
What You'll Do
- EU Stock Visibility & Reporting: Maintain a master stock file tracking stock levels, projected stock-out dates, and mitigation actions for Finished Goods and Merchandise. Share the file weekly with the wider team and review it in the Monday alignment meeting. Keep EU stock availability consistently high and stock-outs to a minimum through proactive monitoring.
- Assembly Coordination: Replenish EU stock based on rate of sale and forecast data. Monitor UK assemblies to ensure stock cover maintained at Unit Raise assembly requests for SKUs running low in EU and US to 3PL’s. Raise assembly requests for US discovery boxes, gifts. Send weekly assembly forecasts to the 3PL’s.
- Global Sample Request Fulfilment: Process and fulfil UK, US and EU sample requests for the Global marketing teams, covering influencer gifting, magazine placements, event product allocation, and podcasts.
- UK Stock Management & PW Gates: Run weekly stock withdrawals based on 30-day holding requirements, coordinating with the unit and external warehouse teams. Obtain batch numbers and delivery notes ahead of each delivery.
- EU and US Shipment Coordination: Coordinate regular EU and US replenishment shipments from the UK unit to the EU and US 3PL warehouses, working with the warehouse team to list, confirm, and dispatch stock. Manage ad-hoc additions to shipments as requirements arise.
Who You Are
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:
- Knowledge of stock, inventory, or supply chain coordination, ideally within FMCG, beauty, or wellness.
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail when managing multiple stock files and trackers.
- Confident working cross-functionally with marketing, warehouse, Finance/Ops teams across the UK, EU and US.
- Comfortable using warehouse portals, spreadsheets, and using forecasting data to inform decisions.
- Clear communicator, able to report stock status and risks concisely to stakeholders.
