Ancient + Brave, based in Lewes, East Sussex, seeks a Head of CRM to own the lifecycle, loyalty and repeat revenue across our DTC markets. You’ll define the lifecycle strategy from first purchase to long-term retention and lead the CRM team to turn insight into action.
Key tasks include mapping the customer journey, defining segmentation, setting contact rules and driving testing. Requires 10+ years in CRM, strong analytics and multi-market experience with Klaviyo or similar.
