THE ROLE

As the Head of Acquisition, you’ll own international customer acquisition end‑to‑end, building the engine that drives our DTC growth. From traffic generation to conversion, you will lead strategy and budget across Meta, Google, TikTok and affiliate partnerships, making smart, data‑driven decisions that maximise efficiency, customer lifetime value and brand impact.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Acquisition Strategy & Leadership

  • Own end‑to‑end customer acquisition strategy across paid channels.
  • Define channel mix, budget allocation and growth roadmap aligned to revenue targets.
  • Lead forecasting and scenario planning in partnership with Finance and Commercial teams.
  • Balance scale with efficiency through rigorous CAC, LTV and payback management.
  • Continuously evolve acquisition approach in line with platform changes, privacy shifts and market dynamics.

Paid Media Excellence (Meta, Google, TikTok)

  • Own performance across all paid media channels; Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube), TikTok.
  • Drive full‑funnel strategy across prospecting, retargeting and retention layers.
  • Optimise campaign structure, creative, bidding and audience strategies to maximise ROAS.
  • Lead creative testing roadmap in partnership with Brand and Content teams.
  • Stay at the forefront of platform innovation, beta opportunities and emerging formats.

Affiliate & Partnership Growth

  • Own and scale the affiliate and partnership ecosystem (publishers, networks).
  • Develop commercial models and incentives that align publisher performance with business goals.
  • Continuously optimise affiliate contribution to ensure efficiency and incrementality.

Data, Analytics & Performance Optimisation

  • Build and own a high‑frequency performance dashboard across all acquisition channels.
  • Track and optimise key metrics including CAC, ROAS, MER, LTV and payback period.
  • Translate channel, cohort and attribution data into actionable growth insights.
  • Lead rigorous test‑and‑learn agenda across channels, audiences, creative and landing pages.
  • Partner with Data and Tech teams to improve attribution, tracking and measurement frameworks.

Conversion & Funnel Optimisation

  • Partner with Ecommerce and Product teams to optimise on‑site conversion and user journey.
  • Identify friction points across the funnel and implement CRO initiatives to improve performance.
  • Ensure landing page strategy is aligned to channel intent and campaign objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement in conversion rate and customer quality.

Agency & Partner Management

  • Own relationships with media agencies and platform partners.
  • Set clear performance expectations, KPIs and reporting frameworks.
  • Ensure best‑in‑class execution, accountability and continuous innovation.
  • Evaluate and evolve agency model to support scaling ambitions.

Strategic Growth & Innovation

  • Identify and unlock new acquisition channels, platforms and growth opportunities.
  • Test emerging platforms, tools and technologies to future‑proof acquisition strategy.
  • Drive expansion into new markets with tailored acquisition approaches.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation, speed and performance excellence.

KPIs & PERFORMANCE METRICS

  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and payback period.
  • Revenue growth driven by paid and affiliate channels.
  • New customer acquisition volume and quality (LTV, retention).
  • Channel mix efficiency and incrementality.
  • Conversion rate and funnel performance improvements.
  • Creative testing velocity and impact on performance.
  • Affiliate contribution and ROI.
