THE ROLE As the Head of Acquisition, you’ll own international customer acquisition end‑to‑end, building the engine that drives our DTC growth. From traffic generation to conversion, you will lead strategy and budget across Meta, Google, TikTok and affiliate partnerships, making smart, data‑driven decisions that maximise efficiency, customer lifetime value and brand impact. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Acquisition Strategy Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, YouTube), TikTok. Drive full‑funnel strategy across prospecting, retargeting and retention layers. Optimise campaign structure, creative, bidding and audience strategies to maximise ROAS. Lead creative testing roadmap in partnership with Brand and Content teams.
