- Help with hiring high-caliber Engineers to support the growth of the team, mentor and collaborate with team members to work toward their career goals, and drive the processes that can sustain a high-performance engineering team.

- Created the Factors of Growth & Impact to help Anchorage Digital “Villagers” better measure impact and the rich and rewarding learning that happens while exploring, developing, and mastering the capabilities and contributions within and outside of the Engineering Manager role.
- You will be coached, mentored and guided to grow your capabilities in 4 major areas:
- Refine engineering roadmap, drive operational excellence, and create technology strategy for your team.
- Showcase your expertise and judgement in tackling complex and ambiguous challenges, delivering scalable solutions.

- Lead a team of Engineers and take responsibility for their quality of execution, timeliness of delivery, impact, and growth.
