Anchor Widnes Hall is seeking an experienced Care Team Leader (Nights) to join our team at Coronation Drive, Ditton, Widnes. This permanent, full-time role offers 42 hours per week on a 3-on, 3-off night pattern (7:45pm–8:00am) with a pay rate of £15.41 per hour (£33,655 per annum).
You will lead the night team, oversee high-quality, person-centred care, manage medications, supervise staff, and ensure residents feel safe, supported and valued, while maintaining compliance and high standards.
