As Care Team Leader working nights, you will work closely with the Deputy Manager to ensure every resident receives safe, compassionate and consistent care throughout the night. You will:

  • Lead and coordinate the night shift with confidence
  • Support and allocate duties to care colleagues
  • Oversee and administer medication safely
  • Complete and review care assessments
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safeguarding standards
  • Act as a role model, promoting dignity, respect and wellbeing at all times

Your leadership will help create a calm and reassuring environment for residents while fostering teamwork and excellence among colleagues.
