Anchor is seeking two Senior Care Assistants to join our Hertford Heath home. One role is for day shifts (8am–8pm) and one for night shifts (8pm–8am) on a 3 days on, 3 days off rota, averaging 42 hours per week.
You will guide and direct a small team, oversee a floor during each shift, administer medications, review and update resident care plans, and mentor other staff to maintain high care standards. Legal right to work in the UK is required.
