Property Surveyor * Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne * Job Type: Full time, permanent * Hours: 37.5 per week * Salary: £47,000 plus £5,800 car allowance Role Overview You’ll ensure our homes are safe, compliant and well-maintained. As a Property/Building Surveyor in housing, you’ll manage a regional portfolio, leading inspections, repairs delivery and contractor performance to support residents to live independently.
