Registered Home Care Manager Location: Eaves Court, Buckinghamshire, HP27 0EQ Size: Independent Living Scheme (69 apartments) Contract: 37.5 hours per week | Permanent Salary: £39,500 per annum

We’re looking for a compassionate and inspiring Registered Home Care Manager to lead our home care service at Eaves Court. What You’ll Do:

  • Champion Outstanding Care: Lead the delivery of high quality, personalised home care that enables customers to remain independent and live well for longer. You’ll ensure care is tailored to individual needs, regularly reviewing care plans, risk assessments and outcomes to provide safe, compassionate and responsive support.
  • Lead with Confidence: As the CQC Registered Manager, you’ll have overall responsibility for regulatory compliance, quality assurance and service performance. You’ll ensure the service consistently meets CQC standards, safeguarding requirements, infection prevention measures and all relevant legislation.
  • Inspire and Develop Your Team: Recruit, lead, coach and develop a skilled and motivated care team. Through regular supervision, mentoring and performance management, you’ll create a positive working environment where colleagues feel valued, supported and empowered to provide exceptional care every day.
  • Deliver Service Excellence: Take ownership of the day-to-day service delivery, including staff rotas, workforce planning, care quality, financial performance and budget management. You’ll ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time while maintaining an efficient, sustainable and customer focused service.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Develop trusted relationships with customers, families, healthcare professionals and community partners. You’ll be a strong advocate for those we support, promoting independence, wellbeing and positive outcomes while helping to strengthen Eaves Court’s reputation within the local community.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager within domiciliary or community care.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding, person-centred care.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and the Mental Capacity Act.
  • A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Experience managing service performance, budgets and operational delivery.
  • A positive, approachable leadership style built on integrity, professionalism and kindness.

Qualifications:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent) or working towards achieving it.
