What does it mean to be an Anchor Colleague Experience Advisor?
- Supporting the Colleague Journey: Help design and deliver activities throughout the colleague lifecycle – from joining Anchor to developing and progressing.
- Building Skills & Confidence: Support delivery of learning and development initiatives that build confidence, strengthen skills, and enable colleagues to do their best work.
- Driving Improvement: Use feedback and data to identify areas for improvement, supporting continuous development across the colleague lifecycle.
- Collaboration: Work closely with managers, colleagues, and partners to ensure everything aligns with our values and people strategy.
