If you’re a finance professional with experience in housing associations or a similar environment — and a talent for turning complex data into clear insight — this could be your next move. We’re looking for a Lead Investment Analyst to provide expert financial appraisal of development opportunities. This senior role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical skills with the confidence to influence decisions at the highest level. What you’ll be doing: * Assess the financial viability of complex development schemes, producing accurate, evidence-based business cases. * Build, stress-test, and interpret detailed financial models at both project and programme levels. * Review completed investments to identify risks, lessons learned, and future opportunities. * Partner with colleagues to ensure financial assessments align with wider development and business strategies. * Provide clear assurance to senior leaders, including Executive and Board members, on the performance and sustainability of the development programme.
