Ready to Lead the Charge in Homeownership Housing? Become a Housing Area Manager.
Are you a natural leader with a passion for driving change and making a real difference in people’s lives? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where no two days are the same?
We’re looking for a forward-thinking Area Manager to join our team. This role is about leading change, inspiring teams, and creating communities where people feel supported, safe, and empowered to thrive.
- Location: Managing an area and team remotely, with regular travel across South Manchester, The Wirral & Cheshire.
- Salary: Up to £46,537.30 per annum
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week

- Manage and develop a team of housing and support colleagues, giving them the tools and confidence to deliver excellent service.
- Implement innovative housing solutions, refine processes, and drive meaningful change.
- Collaborate with local authorities, health services, and community groups to ensure residents stay independent and connected.
- Identify opportunities, solve problems, and ensure housing services meet the highest standards.
