We’re looking for a forward-thinking Area Manager to join our team. This role involves leading change, inspiring teams, and creating communities where people feel supported, safe, and empowered to thrive.

Location: Managing an area and team remotely, with regular travel across South Manchester, The Wirral & Cheshire.

Salary: Up to £46,537.30 per annum

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Manage and develop a team of housing and support colleagues, providing them with the tools and confidence to deliver excellent service.
  • Implement innovative housing solutions, refine processes, and drive meaningful change.
  • Collaborate with local authorities, health services, and community groups to ensure residents remain independent and connected.
  • Identify opportunities, solve problems, and ensure housing services meet high standards.
