Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the location is clean, pleasant, and safe for customers in either their home environment or communal areas.
- Using cleaning products effectively, following instructions and health and safety procedures at all times.
Required knowledge & experience:
- Customer service NVQ2; previous cleaning experience and knowledge are desirable.
- Safe use of cleaning products.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, including use of equipment such as carpet cleaners.
- Understanding of data protection, confidentiality, and safeguarding of vulnerable adults.
- Health & safety in the workplace, including COSHH.
Required skills:
- Well organized with good time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and empathy skills, with a friendly personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize and plan around customer needs.
