Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct wellbeing assessments and create personalised plans for residents.
  • Promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing through one-to-one support and group activities.
  • Organise and lead wellbeing events, workshops, and social activities.
  • Offer guidance on nutrition, exercise, stress management, and healthy living.
  • Maintain accurate wellbeing records and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to enhance resident experience.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Passionate about improving the lives of older people.
  • Experienced in delivering wellbeing, health, or fitness services.
  • Skilled in communication and building positive relationships.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ideally qualified in health, fitness, or wellbeing (or willing to work towards this).
