As part of an exciting period of growth and transformation, we are evolving our Technology & Data function and creating new opportunities across the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join Anchor as Head of Data, helping shape and influence the future of the organisation's data capability.
In this senior leadership role, you will lead the development of a trusted, insight-driven and well-governed data function that supports strategic decision-making, regulatory assurance and service improvement. Working closely with Technology, Architecture, Engineering and business leaders, you will ensure data is treated as a valuable organisational asset and used effectively across the business.
What you will be doing:
- Lead and deliver the enterprise data strategy and roadmap
- Shape and influence how data is governed, managed and used across the organisation
- Oversee reporting, analytics and KPI frameworks to support business performance and decision-making
- Ensure the organisation's data platform is secure, scalable and aligned to business needs
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive data-led improvements and innovation
- Lead and develop high-performing data teams
What you will bring:
- Significant senior leadership experience in data, analytics or information management
- Experience leading data strategy and governance within a complex or regulated environment
- Strong understanding of modern data platforms, reporting and analytics
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate insight into business outcomes
- Proven experience building and leading high-performing teams
Desirable:
- Experience within Housing, Care, Health or similar regulated sectors
- Knowledge of DAMA-aligned governance frameworks
- Experience with predictive analytics or AI-enabled insight
