We are seeking an exceptional, visionary leader to join our Executive Committee as Executive Director of Care Services — a role where your leadership will directly influence the quality of life for tens of thousands of older peopleand shape the future of care nationwide.
This is not simply an operational role. It is an opportunity to:
- Inspire at scale – lead, develop, and unite thousands of care professionals to deliver excellence every day.
- Set the national agenda – act as Anchor’s voice with regulators, commissioners, and policymakers, influencing the future of care for older people.
- Deliver meaningful transformation – drive innovation, embed progressive care models, and ensure financial and operational sustainability across a major national portfolio.
- Create lasting impact – oversee the successful delivery of our ambitious Care Strategy 2024–2029, ensuring residents experience the very highest quality of care.
We are looking for a leader who is both commercially astute and values-driven, with:
- Executive-level experience in the UK care sector, ideally across large and complex operations.
- A proven track record of delivering cultural transformation, operational improvement, and financial success.
