Anchor is seeking a Team Leader to supervise the care team in a dementia care home. This 30-hour per week role involves two long days 08:00–20:00 and a short day 08:00–14:00, with alternating weekends.
Lead shifts, ensure safe, person-centred dementia care, maintain records, support induction and safeguarding, and ensure GDPR compliance. Requires NVQ3/QCF and prior supervision experience.
