We’re looking for a Resourcing Specialist to join our team and help us attract, select and engage the talent we need—now and for the future.

In this role, you’ll lead and deliver high-quality recruitment activity, partnering with managers to shape hiring strategies, manage campaigns and create an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, bringing expertise, insight and creativity to our resourcing approach while ensuring consistency, compliance and best practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering great outcomes for both candidates and colleagues.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles, from specialist to high-volume campaigns.
  • Coach and guide hiring managers through attraction, assessment and selection processes.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, acting as the go-to expert for resourcing advice.
  • Create engaging job adverts and shape attraction strategies that reflect our values and employer brand.
  • Manage and maintain talent pipelines, proactively sourcing and engaging potential candidates.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from application to onboarding.
  • Support assessment centres, interviews and selection activities.
  • Continuously improve processes, tools and resources to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate data within the ATS to support reporting, insights and workforce planning.
  • Ensure recruitment activity meets compliance and audit standards.
  • Identify development gaps to support upskilling and internal talent growth, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offering, including early-careers pathways, apprenticeship programmes and induction initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing varied recruitment campaigns, including high-volume and senior roles.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident using ATS systems and a range of sourcing methods.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent service to candidates and hiring managers.
  • Adaptable, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge and innovate.
  • Understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, current market trends and best practice.
  • Collaboration with wider teams to achieve strategic objectives.

Please Note: We may close the vacancy early if we receive a sufficient number of applications.
