- Remote with regular travel to our Bradford Office and other Anchor sites
We’re looking for a Resourcing Specialist to join our team and help us attract, select and engage the talent we need—now and for the future.
In this role, you’ll lead and deliver high-quality recruitment activity, partnering with managers to shape hiring strategies, manage campaigns and create an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, bringing expertise, insight and creativity to our resourcing approach while ensuring consistency, compliance and best practice.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles, from specialist to high-volume campaigns.
- Coach and guide hiring managers through attraction, assessment and selection processes.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships, acting as the go-to expert for resourcing advice.
- Create engaging job adverts and shape attraction strategies that reflect our values and employer brand.
- Manage and maintain talent pipelines, proactively sourcing and engaging potential candidates.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Support assessment centres, interviews and selection activities.
- Continuously improve processes, tools and resources to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate data within the ATS to support reporting, insights and workforce planning.
- Ensure recruitment activity meets compliance and audit standards.
- Identify development gaps to support upskilling and internal talent growth, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offering, including early-careers pathways, apprenticeship programmes and induction initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience managing varied recruitment campaigns, including high-volume and senior roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confident using ATS systems and a range of sourcing methods.
- Passionate about delivering excellent service to candidates and hiring managers.
- Adaptable, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to challenge and innovate.
- Understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, current market trends and best practice.
- Collaboration with wider teams to achieve strategic objectives.
