We’re looking for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join our talented Care Marketing Team. This is an exciting opportunity to support occupancy growth across our care homes through the delivery of targeted, customer-focused marketing campaigns and high-quality marketing materials.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support and Inspire: Provide expert marketing support and guidance to care homes, helping them develop effective, on-brand and cost-effective local marketing plans and materials.
- Deliver Innovative Campaigns: Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns promoting Anchor care homes to both B2C and B2B audiences.
- Manage Marketing Materials: Oversee the production, ordering and stock management of printed and promotional materials, ensuring quality, accuracy and value for money.
- Analyse & Optimise: Monitor campaign performance through dashboards and reporting tools, ensuring activity delivers strong ROI, CPC performance and occupancy results.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our internal design team, media agency and external suppliers to produce engaging advertising and marketing materials.
- Build Connections: Partner with Home Managers, District Managers and Community Partnership Managers to support local marketing activity and share best practice across the business.
