Head of Asset Strategy and Data * Location: Remote with occasional travel to Anchor sites * Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week * Salary: Up to £90,000 per annum Are you ready to lead transformative change in housing for later life? Anchor, England’s largest not-for-profit provider of housing and care for older people, is seeking a strategic leader to head our Asset Strategy and Data. This role is pivotal in shaping our property portfolio, driving data-led investment planning, and ensuring our homes meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. What You’ll Do: * Lead the development and implementation of our asset management strategy * Oversee stock condition data governance and reporting * Prepare forward investment plans and advise the Exec and Board * Drive decarbonisation planning and portfolio optimisation * Engage with residents to inform strategy and respond to concerns * Oversee property transactions and planning obligations * Build and lead a high-performing team of c.20, including c.4 direct reports What You’ll Bring: * Strategic asset management experience in social housing * Strong leadership and communication skills * Expertise in data governance, compliance, and lifecycle planning * Degree and professional qualifications in relevant disciplines (Degree in Asset Management, Building Surveying, or Data Analytics, Professional qualifications (MRICS, CIOB, CIH Level 4) * Full UK driving licence or the ability to travel independently to sites and offices as required * Passion for improving housing quality for older people
