We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about keeping people safe and properties running smoothly. As our Asset Compliance Contracts Manager (Lifts), you’ll take the lead on making sure every one of our lift systems is fully compliant, reliable, and well looked after.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Be the go-to expert on lift safety and compliance across Anchor.
  • Oversee servicing, maintenance, and planned works, making sure everything runs to time, budget, and high standards.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, holding them accountable and helping them succeed.
  • Work closely with colleagues across Property and Health & Safety to keep everyone informed and confident.
  • Look for better ways of working, improving systems and processes along the way.

What we’re after:

  • Solid experience in property compliance, health & safety, and lift safety management.
  • A track record of managing contracts, budgets, and driving performance improvements.
  • Someone who’s confident working with different teams, influencing decisions, and solving problems.

  • Strong knowledge of lift-related legislation (LOLER, CDM, H&S at Work Act) – experience in housing or social landlord settings would be a real bonus.

This is a great opportunity to make a real difference – ensuring our lifts stay safe, compliant, and dependable for the thousands of residents who rely on them every day.

If you’re ready to use your expertise to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.

Anchor – a great place to work
