This is an exciting opportunity to help deliver engaging marketing campaigns across our rented housing and extra care services. You'll play a key role in promoting our locations, supporting occupancy and bringing our rented housing marketing strategy to life.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working alongside the Marketing Manager to coordinate and deliver integrated online and offline marketing campaigns across rented housing and extra care.
  • Identifying priority locations, booking media through external agencies, briefing artwork to the Design team, and liaising with publishers and suppliers to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
  • Developing and maintaining marketing toolkits, guidance, intranet content and promotional materials to support consistent and effective local marketing activity.
  • Maintaining accurate third‑party directory listings and ensuring marketing information across internal systems is kept up to date.
  • Coordinating the marketing inbox, responding to enquiries professionally, and maintaining mailing and suppression lists in line with agreed processes.
  • Building strong working relationships with Housing Operations, the Customer Centre, Communications and Marketing colleagues, agencies and external suppliers to deliver high‑quality marketing activity.

Who are we looking for?

  • Creative, organised and enjoys working collaboratively.
  • Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns, including media planning, advertising, print production and digital marketing.
  • A keen eye for design, excellent attention to detail, and strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
  • The ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, agencies, suppliers and stakeholders across different teams.
  • A commercial mindset, with an understanding of how to maximise the effective use of marketing budgets and external suppliers within a not-for-profit environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Confidence working with data, monitoring campaign performance and using insights to help improve future marketing activity.
