Anchor is on a mission to get more people out on the water—whether that’s a bareboat adventure, a skippered escape, or a fully crewed charter. We’re expanding our London team and are looking for a Yacht Charter Broker who’s excited to help clients plan unforgettable time afloat.

As part of Anchor, you’ll be working with both new and returning clients to match them with the right yacht, destination, and level of support. From first enquiry to the moment they step aboard, you’ll guide them through every stage of their charter experience.

We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, self‑motivated, highly organised, and genuinely passionate about travel and yachting. You’ll also be expected to uphold the high standard of service that Anchor customers know us for.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A genuine passion for travel, yachting and being on the water
  • Sales experience (essential)
  • Excellent communication, written, and numeracy skills
  • A confident, friendly, and professional manner
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • The ability to work collaboratively as part of a small, dynamic team
  • First-hand experience sailing or travelling in any of our destinations (preferred)
  • Additional languages—especially European languages—are a big bonus

The right person will quickly become an essential member of the team and play a key role in Anchor’s growth and future direction.

Package: Competitive salary + commission OTE in year one: £30–40k+
