Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate workflow within the team, ensuring effective work allocation
  • Ensure timely completion of all tasks, adhering to agreed deadlines
  • Promptly and professionally manage any customer complaints
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members as required
  • Accurately assess customer needs relating to vehicle servicing or repairs, in alignment with Vehicle Health Checks
  • Assist the Service Reception in an advisory capacity when needed
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience in accordance with our satisfaction objectives and dealership protocols
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
  • Stay informed on additional products and services to ensure customer benefit
  • Adhere to all relevant service and warranty policies
Skills & Experience Required
  • Prior experience in a workshop or technical environment is preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service and meet company targets
  • Self-motivated, with a proven track record of achieving performance goals
  • Professional, confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
