We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Manager to lead and manage an Ofsted-registered children’s residential home. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional who is committed to providing high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes for children and young people. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations, safeguarding standards, and company policies while creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the children’s residential home.
- Ensure the home operates in line with Ofsted regulations and Children’s Homes Regulations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the staff team to deliver outstanding care.
- Promote safeguarding and the welfare of children and young people at all times.
- Develop and maintain care plans, risk assessments, and behavioural support plans.
- Monitor and improve the quality of care and support provided within the home.
