Site Manager Required in London and South East. Ideally looking for someone located in Bromley, Kent Area. Ideally a Driver.
Our Client is a small to medium Main / Principle General Contractor and are looking for a young hungry site manager to join their team. Role will be on a Temp to Direct basis (3 Month Probation on Contract basis).
Candidates must hold CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid. Projects are very varied and can range from New Builds to Fast Track Fits Outs. Trade backgrounds are preferred but not essential. Willing to also look at candidates looking to take a step up to No.1 level.
Role can involve getting hands on at points if required so need to have a one team mentality but will include usual management duties:
- Inductions
- Tool box talks
- Health and Safety Briefings and Paperwork
- Client Liaison
- Material Management
- Labour Management
