Job Title: Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor\\nLocation: London Area (Hybrid)\\nSector: M&E – Main Contractor & Client-Side\\nProjects: Data Centres (UK, Europe & US)\\n\\nAbout the Role\\nWe are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team, reporting directly to the Commercial Director. This is a hybrid role based in the London area, with some occasional travel to Europe and the US to support high-profile data centre projects.\\n\\nThe position is ideally suited to a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor with strong M&E knowledge, who is comfortable operating across both main contractor and client-side environments.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supporting the Commercial Director on data centre projects across Europe and the US.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Reviewing and investigating historic site-level claims, analysing costs, and compiling evaluation reports.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Preparing robust claims documentation with associated cost breakdowns.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Managing requests for information and ensuring completeness of documentation.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Providing commercial support on live projects, including variations, valuations, and reporting.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Collaborating with site teams and project stakeholders to resolve commercial queries.\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\n * \\n\\n Degree qualified (Quantity Surveying or similar) with a strong commercial track record.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Experience in M&E within main contractor or client-side environments.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong analytical and reporting skills – able to put together structured evaluation documents.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Familiar with claims preparation and assessment processes.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise confidently with clients, site teams and internal staffing..\\n\\n * \\n\\n Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites in Europe and the US if and when required.\\n\\nWhat’s on Offer\\n\\n * \\n\\n Competitive Day Rate.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Hybrid working.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Opportunity to work on major international data centre projects
