Our Client is currently looking for a Logistics Manager to join their team for a new project due to start in Jan 2026.
New Build Mixed User Scheme.

What Are They Looking For

- SMSTS, First Aid Tickets.
- Someone with min 4-5 years expereince β ideally on Multi phase new build schemes or someone who has worked on larger scale projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Logistics Planning & Coordination
- Develop and implement site Logistics Plan.
- Coordinate the flow of materials and deliveries to avoid site congestion and delays.
- Establish and maintain delivery schedules in collaboration with suppliers, subcontractors, and site managers.
- Site Operations Management
- Oversee site setup and logistics infrastructure, including hoarding, access gates, Security, signage, and welfare facilities.
- Manage traffic and pedestrian routes to ensure safe and efficient movement on and around the site.
- Management of Site Delivery System.
- Health, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure logistics operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and enforce site safety standards in conjunction with Health and Safety Team.
- Manage permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements for deliveries and site access.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Act as the key point of contact between project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers for logistics-related issues.
- Run Daily DABS / White Board Meetings with Client and Sub Contractors.
- Cost & Resource Management
- In Conjunction with Commercial Team β monitor and control logistics budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Negotiate with suppliers and service providers to optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Track performance against KPIs (e.g., delivery timeliness, waste reduction, resource utilization).
