We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Analyst Intern to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
- Support stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement gathering sessions.
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process maps, and project documentation.
- Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence activities.
- Prepare management reports, presentations, and business performance dashboards.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and project coordination activities.
- Track project milestones, risks, issues, and action items.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business change initiatives.
- Coordinate communication between stakeholders, project teams, and management.
- Support business transformation and continuous improvement projects.
- Participate in strategic planning and operational review activities.
Qualifications
- Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, International Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Interest in Business Analysis, Consulting, Project Management, or Strategy.
