This is a voluntary, on-site opportunity supporting SEN parent workshops delivered as part of an early-stage social impact initiative. Looking for 2x volunteers to support the smooth running of workshop sessions by assisting with set-up, welcoming parents, and providing general on-site support. The role offers insight into the experiences of families navigating Special Educational Needs (SEN) within mainstream education.
What you might be involved in:
- Supporting set-up of the workshop space (e.g. chairs and materials)
- Welcoming and signposting parents attending the session
- Assisting with resources (e.g. worksheets, feedback forms)
- Providing general support during sessions
- Observing and gaining insight into parent experiences and needs
